- The competition is for students of Universities in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and Poland
- The number and specification of sections may be changed by the organisers according to the number and focus of applied projects
- Students apply individually or through their faculties (departments, institutes):
- on-line application sent not later than April 7. 2009
- abstract (one paragraph, max. 10 lines)- filled during process of registration, no later then April 7. 2009
- Student work (2 issues) with maximum 10 pages. (possibly in a 2 column structure) including figures and amendments can be delivered in advance to the contact address or submitted to the referees of the committee before the opening section
- Participants will present their work (10 min presentation maximum) to the committee consisting of delegates from universities and sponsoring companies (PC with Win2000/XP+MSOffice2000/XP/2003, and data projector with 1024x768 resolution will be available)

First three winning works will be awarded financially (4000, 2000, 1000 Kč in each section) and prizes from the sponsors- Tieto
