The objective

The objective of the conference is to provide an opportunity to exchange high quality, recent information on development, design, and research in the field of hydraulics and pneumatics. The conference aims to bring industrial engineers together with researchers in fluid power and present news from research and interesting industrial applications of the fluid power systems (FPS).

The main topics of the conference are as follows:

·         Hydraulic systems in production equipments

·         Hydraulic systems for mobile applications

·         Development in hydraulic elements – pumps, valves

·         Pneumatic systems  and their applications

·         Pneumatic components and their innovation

·         Fluid power in automotive applications

·         Electronics and fluid power systems, mechatronics, application of artificial intelligence in FPS

·         Modelling , simulation and computational problems and tools by the development and design of the fluid power components and systems (simulation of the FPS, CFD, FEM etc.)

·         University and professional education in fluid power systems branch.)

Call for Papers

Authors are invited to submit abstracts of 500 words clearly stating the objectives, results and conclusion of the work to be discussed in the presentation.

Each abstract should include author(s) affiliation, address, e-mail address, fax number and if available website address. Short biography of each author (50-100 words) should accompany the abstract.

Registration of your paper or your participation at the conference can be realized using web site of the conference http://ichp2008.vsb.cz or using web site of Conference Secretariat  http://www.jasta.cz.

Conference languages: English, Czech, Slovak

The paper should be written in Czech, Slovak or English. Each paper written in Czech or Slovak should have an abstract written in English in the length of 1 page. Simultaneous translating service will be available for participants.

Exhibition
It is intended to have a fluid power components  exhibition/demonstration at the conference. For more information see web site and contact the Secretariat of the conference.

Publication of papers

Full papers  will be published in the proceeding before the conference.
