Conference book will include the full text of lectures, as mailed by the authors. The abstract in English must have the length of one page including Figures if the paper is written in Czech. Otherwise if the full paper is written in English, the abstract should have the standard length approx. till 500 words. The Conference book will be distributed to participants during registration.

The accommodation is not included in the conference fee and participants will ensure it themselves under their requirements. In case Your interest or if You didn’t obtain hotel request form, please contact the travel agency or through the conference email address.

Conference fee covers Welcome-drink at the eve of conference (Monday, September 29), lunches and refreshment in next two days of conference and the treatment in neighbouring “Club Lávka” after the first day of conference (Thursday, October 30).

Cancellation of registration: On participant nullification till September 15, 2003 will be charge cancellation fee in amount 25% of conference fee for administration cost. At later check out, the registration fee will not returned. On personal request participant obtain printing-materials of the conference. However, it is possible to send substitute person on conference.
