Instructions to the organization
ASR ´2003 Seminar will be in progress together with a student conference STOC on May 6, 2003, in the hall of the New Library on VSB-TUO campus in Ostrava, ul. 17. listopadu, Ostrava - Poruba.

Costs connected with organizing of the seminar include a printed Book of Proceedings of abstracts and the complete Book of proceedings will be available on the internet (PDF format)
- Instructions for payment: bank account account number 1646894319/0800 of CSPO Ostrava-Poruba, perm. symbol 0308, variab. symbol - invoice number (or 421xxx when xxx is a paper number) (it will be for KAKI, SMS - branch 159, Ostrava).
- Those contributions recommended by the Program committee and only those from participants who have paid will be placed in the Book of proceedings.
- Contribution content and deadline:
an entire page of annotations (it is possible to include pictures and references) will be printed in the Book of Proceeding of annotations, (English only) by April 13, 2003 and the text of your paper in the English language, max 12 pages in total, (file of 1 MByte max.) by the day of the conference on E-mail in MS Word 2000/XP editor including pictures, diagrams, references.
- Annotation and papers layouts:
annotations and contributions must be strictly worked out with the help of prepared templates without changes in style templates etc.

- The electronic Book of proceeding will be converted into PDF format and worked out for presentation in Internet network environment, then it will be available from the web page. The look of the paper after its conversion (without other interventions) into PDF format is documented by the text of the template in Czech and in English.
- Please, use the Internet (E-mail) for communication with the Program committee of the seminar and for sending of the files (annotations and papers).
